Worship at Faith Lutheran

  • Sunday Morning Worship at 9:00 AM, in the sanctuary with Holy Communion celebrated on the first, third and fifth Sundays of the month
  • Worship Styles: We celebrate traditional / liturgical worship on the first and third Sundays. The second Sunday of each month is a blend of new songs and old favorites. The fourth Sunday features contemporary songs and a relaxed style of worship.
  • Seasonal Worship opportunities for Advent, Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Lent, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter

What to expect when you get here: On your first visit, we understand you may want to lay low and observe as you get your bearings at Faith Lutheran. At some point, our staff would love the opportunity to meet or talk with you personally. If you’d like someone to follow up with you, you can fill out a worship card during the worship service or you can send us a question or comment right now at office@faithseguin.org

What is worship like?  Worship at Faith is all about Jesus Christ, crucified and risen! At every Sunday worship service you will have the opportunity to sing, pray, hear relevant Biblical teaching and fellowship with other friendly people. We celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the first and third Sunday of the month and on special Sundays. Occasionally there will be Baptisms during the service or testimonies from individuals or missionaries. Each service is approximately 60 minutes in length.

While our worship is liturgical, we worship informally. We use a blend of traditional and contemporary hymns and songs in worship. Accompaniment may be by organ, piano, brass choir, bell choir, etc. You can participate in children’s choir, adult choirs, and bell choirs or offer whatever special musical talent God has given you.

Is there a dress code? We believe that God looks at our hearts, not our wardrobe. So you will find our folks wearing everything from suits and ties to jeans and flip-flops. Just wear what is comfortable for you! At Faith you’ll see a wide variety of clothing. Some people prefer to “dress-up,” but many of us wear jeans or business casual. Choose some comfortable clothes and come worship the Lord with us!
