Angie is our office manager. Born in Seguin, she has lived here all of her life and still has many family members living here. She enjoys shopping and working in her yard on her time off. Angie has three children, three grandchildren, and two fur babies.

MUSIC AND COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Roxanne Heckmann
Roxanne is our Music and Communications Director. She lives in Seguin and has been a member of Faith Lutheran for over 30 years. Born in Colorado Springs, Roxanne’s family has its roots here in Seguin. She retired from Band Directing after 30 years in public education, but still enjoys clinicing and judging in the band world when she can. She is a a board member for the Guadalupe County Children’s Advocacy Center, is a member of the Seguin Sunset Lions club and the American Legion Auxiliary, Unit 245. Roxanne has one daughter, LeAnne White. LeAnne , her husband Chase and their two sons Jackson and Cason also live in Seguin.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY LEADER
Kim Kauitzsch
Kim is our Children’s Ministry Leader and has over 30 years of experience working with kids. She retired from teaching in 2016 from Seguin ISD and continues to do private tutoring. She was born and raised in Georgetown, Texas. After graduating from Georgetown High in 1983, she attended Texas Lutheran College and graduated with an education degree in 1987. Kim is President of the Association of Texas Professional Educators of Seguin, a member of Delta Kappa Gamma International and Beta Sigma Phi organizations. She has a son, Derick, and daughter, Shelby. They, along with their spouses and four grandchildren are also members at Faith. Her mom, Marilyn, can be seen wheeling around the church. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, shopping, reading, and spending time with her family.

Lisa Owen
Lisa was born and raised in Seguin. Lisa graduated with a Bachelors degree in education from Texas Lutheran University, Seguin and has more than 30 years teaching experience. Lisa is married to Brett and has two children: Abby and Carly.

LeAnne White
LeAnne White is our Director of Children’s Music. She has been a member of Faith since the day she was born. She actively participated in all the youth activities growing up and after high school attended Sam Houston State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Music Education. LeAnne has been teaching elementary music since 2014 and currently teaches at Navarro Intermediate School in Geronimo. Her husband Chase and 12 month old son Jackson call Seguin home.

Rudy Medina
Rudy lives in Seguin with his wife Dalia. Together they have seven children and 24 grandchildren. Rudy enjoys music and likes to play the drums. In his spare time, he also likes to work in his yard and do a little mechanic work!
