We are looking for a professional worker, who is passionate, dedicated and committed to Youth and Christian Education. This individual will coordinate and direct the various ministries that are already established at Faith Lutheran Church as well as develop
creative new ministries for youth and families. This individual should have a deep commitment to Jesus and a solid background and experience in youth and family ministry. He/She should be able to recruit, equip and train volunteers to serve in the various ministries of Faith Lutheran Church. Hands on experience with the youth, creative development of programs, and relational communication skills are imperative for this growing congregation.
